		abstract={This study aimed to examine the effect of corporate social responsibility on the financial performance proxied on the ROA and ROE. The research was motivated from the many differences in the results of previous studies. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis method. The population used in this study are all property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011 ? 2013, while the samples used in this study were selected by purposive sampling according to the criteria. Samples collected in this study were 126 companies. The results show that Corporate Social Responsibility affect on Return On Assets (ROA) and Corporate Social Responsibility has not effect on Return On Equity (ROE).}
