The population in this study is a manufacturing company in the city of Palembang while the sample is the manager of manufacturing in the city of Palembang. The method used was purposive sampling with 56 respondents . This study uses multiple regression analysis and regression analysis moderasian. This study uses regression analysis does require the classical assumption that multikolonieritas test, heteroscedasticity test, and test for normality. In addition, test reliability and validity tests are also conducted to ensure that the data used in the study are reliable and valid. The results of the analysis showed that the capacity of the individual hypotheses and commitment of the employees do not have an influence on budgetary slack. Leadership style ( task orientation and relationship orientation ) was also shown to be able to moderate the influence of individual capacity and commitment of employees towards budgetary slack.} }
