		abstract={This research aims to test the influence of  tenure public accounting firm, reputation  against audit quality. The population in this research is the banking companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. The research sample is obtained  as many as 21 companies. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis method with the help of SPSS program Ver. 17.0. The test results showed that the first hypothesis (H1) which states that the effect on tenure public accounting  firm  of audit quality, rejected. The second  hypothesis (H2) stating that the  auditor  reputation effect of audit quality,accepted.}
