		abstract={This research aimed to examine the effect of the auditing standard on risk management at banks in Palembang city. In this research used primary data in the form of questionnaires with respondents the internal auditors in banking. The sampling is done by using purposive sampling method. Questionnaires were distributed amounting to 63 questionnaires and 46 returned the questionnaire, while the remaining 17 did not return the questionnaire. This research used SPSS as the program for data processing. The method of analysis used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that auditing standard is have an effect to risk management at banks in Palembang city.}
