		abstract={This study aims to examine the effect of the financial performance and investment opportunity set to dividend policy. The population of this study are the companies that listed on the indeks Kompas 100. Samples determined by using purposive sampling method. The samples obtained were as much 31 companies.Testing the hypothesis using multiple regression analysis method with help of SPSS V.20. The test result showed that the first hypothesis (H1) which state profitability affect the dividend policy, accepted. The second hypothesis (H2) which state liquidity affect the dividend policy, accepted. The third hypothesis (H3) which state solvency affect the dividend policy, declined. The fourth hypothesis (H4) which state investment opportuninity set affect the dividend policy, declined. The fifth hypothesis (H5) which state profitability, liquidity, solvency, and investment opportunity set simultaneously affect the dividend policy, accepted.}
