		abstract={The difficulty of data processing is mainly to process data with a very large number demanding the role of technology that is increasingly developing now to be able to provide solutions. One solution to overcome this problem is to make a Decision Support System for Employee Performance Assessment Using the Promethee Method in the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of South Sumatra Province which is one of the frequently used ranking methods This method was chosen because of its ability to more precisely based on the criteria value and predetermined preference weights. The results of this study are that the programs created can provide results from the best employee data.}
