		abstract={This study aims to know influence of social media toward performance of sales employees in the millennial generation in Palembang city. The population in this study were all millennial generation sales employees. Samples in this study were 100 respondents who have met the criterias determined using purposive sampling method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of t-test research indicate that social media has a significant effect on employee performance.}
