		abstract={This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress on employee job satisfaction. The type of research in this research is a case study. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Musi Nauli Lestari Palembang. The sample in this study were 46 people who were taken using saturated sampling technique. The results showed that job stress has a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Musi Nauli Lestari Palembang
