		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of physical and non-physical work environments on job satisfaction of cafe and restaurant employees in the city of Palembang. The number of samples was 96 respondents from 13 cafes and restaurants in the city of Palembang. The technique used is convenience sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that the Physical Work Environment and Non-Physical Work Environment  Variables have an influence on the Job Satisfaction of Cafe and Restaurant Employees in Palembang City.}
