		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of the compensation variable on the performance of Gojek drivers at PT. Application of the Nation's Children (Gojek) in Palembang City. The data used are primary data in the form of respondents' answers and secondary data are previous studies. The type of research in this research is quantitative research. The study population was all Gojek driver partners. The sample used was 60 respondents using the convenience sampling method. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient test, and t test. The results of this study indicate that the compensation variable has no effect on the performance of Gojek drivers in Palembang City.}
