		abstract={This study aims to determine how much influence Cyberloafing has on Task Performance for generation Z employees in Palembang. This research is a quantitative study by distributing questionnaires online. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents. The sample technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is simple regression. The results obtained in this study are that the Cyberloafing variable has a significant effect on Task Performance on generation Z employees in Palembang.}
