		abstract={This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction on employee work loyalty at PT Maju Mobilindo Palembang. The population used in this study were 92 people. The technique used is the Saturated Sample Technique. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that the job satisfaction variable has a significant effect on employee work loyalty at PT Maju Mobilindo Palembang.}
