		abstract={This study aims to analyze the motivation of the employees' performance at PT. Tedmond Palembang. This type of research used in this research is a case study. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Tedmond Indonesia, excluding managers who added 60 people. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the motivation and work variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tedmond Palembang partially or simultaneously.
