The data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, determination coefficient test (R2) and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS 22.0 for windows software. The results showed that the reward variable had a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of the sales employees at PT. Mitra Petra Sejahtera.
