		abstract={The purpose of this research is to examine the prospektor strategy and quality cost control to success of the IKM. This researce uses contingensi theory. The population is all kemplang and crackers industries in Palembang, then sample is kemplang and crackers industry owners in Palembang. With a total sample of 52 kemplang and crackers industries. The data analysis multiple regression analysis to know the effect of prospector strategy and quality cost control to success of the IKM. The result showed that prospector strategy have significant affect to success of the IKM and quality cost control have significant affect to success of the IKM.}
