		abstract={This study aims to examine the analysis effect ofPeople and Physical Evidence towards consumer?s satisfaction in music education Symphony Music and School Palembang.The population of this study were all students of Symphony Music and School Palembang. The samples of this study determined using by purposive sampling. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaire for 100 respondents. The hypotesis by using multiple linear regression with the Statistic for Social Service (SPSS) version 17,0 for windows 7. The results of this study showed that People and Physical Evidence affects towards consumer?s satisfaction in music education Symphony Music and School Palembang.}
