Transformational Leadership has positive and significant together employee performance promotion division in the PT. Acer Palembang which generated significant value less than 0,05. Furthermore, based on value of Adjusted R Square of 0,107, it can be concluded that the percentage contributon of the variable influence of transformational leadership for the employee performance variable PT. Acer Palembang was 10,7%. The remaining 89,3% is caused by others variable that isn?t through in this research.} }
