		abstract={This study aims to examine the effect of the existence and influence firm of quality of accountant firms, firm size, complexity of operation, and firm solvability. The population of this study were all companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Samples determined by usingpropotionate stratified random sampling method. The sample obtained were as much 100 companies.
Testing the data using mutiple regression analysis method. The analysis finds the quality of accountant firms, firms size, complexity of operation, and solvability affects audit delay.}
