During this time it is often referred to as the Golden Age where child development will increase rapidly. Child growth and development can be influenced by a number of factors, one of which is the foster pattern and affection of parents. The role of a mother is to accompany the child during preschool. However, many parents especially mothers who choose to keep working even though they already have children. Purpose : This study to explore and analyze more deeply the experiences of working mothers towards child development. Method : This research uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach The analysis of data used by researchers is analysis according to Colaizzi (1978).The sampling used is purposive sampling with many samples to 4 working mothers. Results : : This study produced 8 themes, namely (1) the views of working mothers towards the growth and development of children entrusted; (2) the child's developmental abilities are entrusted; (3) the way mothers work to optimize child development; (3) reasons why mothers choose to work with their childcare interests; mothers' feelings of work when leaving their children; (4) barriers to working mothers to entrust their children; (5) efforts of working mothers to overcome obstacles when leaving their children; (8) the impact of leaving the child when the mother works.
