		abstract={This study aims to look at the effect of the application of labor discipline against the employee job performance 1 Belitang Xavier High School. The population in this study were all employees of SMA Xavier 1 Belitang as many as 34 people. Sampling technique used is saturated sample. Hypothesis testing using simple regression analysis with SPSS version 16.0. The test results stated that the discipline of work and significant positive effect on employee job performance 1 Belitang Xavier High School, where generated significant at 0,013 less than 0.05. In addition the value of t-count generated by 2.627 greater than 2,037 t-table, it can be concluded that variable work discipline and employee performance variables affect the work performance of employees.}
