		abstract={This study aimed to examine the effect of profitability on the capital structure to the structure of assets as a moderating variable population in this study is a manufacturing company that went public listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Samples were determined by using purposive sampling method. The research sample is obtained by 73 companies. Testing hypotheses using regression analysis moderation with SPSS ver. 17.0. The results show that the hypothesis that moderate asset structure influences the profitability of the capital structure is rejected.}
