		abstract={This study aimed to examine the effect of budgetary participation on job satisfaction of managers. The population in this study are service company Finance in Palembang. Sample set by using purposive sampling method. The research sample is obtained by 30 companies. Data from this study were collected using questionnaires, from144 questionnaires in the spread, only 58 questionnaires were responded. Hypothesis testing using simple regression analysis with SPSS ver. 20.0. Test results showed that the hypothesis the effect of budgetary participation on job satisfaction managers received. The study concluded that budgetary participation influence on job satisfaction managers.}
