		abstract={Goal of this research is to test the influence profitability and , to audit delay. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2013. Samples in this research 183 companies that taken by using this method purposive sampling. Data analysis by using regression logistic in high significance 5 percent.
Results of these studies indicate that first hypothesis (H1) that profitability influential negative effects on audit delay, was rejected. The hypothesis second (H2) that , influential negative effects on audit delay, was rejected.}
