Population in the study are hospitals and health centers in Palembang city. Sample set by using purposive sampling method. Sample obtained in this study is as much as 10 hopitals and 10 health centers in Palembang city. Data were tested by clicking using multiple regression analysis with SPSS Statistics 20. These result indicate that the first hypothesis (H1) stating that budgeting participation influence on managerial performance not accepted. The second hypothesis (H2) which states that budgetary participation and organizational commitment as moderating variable influence the managerial performance not accepted. The third hypothesis (H3) which states that budgetary participation and internal locus of control as moderating variable influence the managerial performance not accepted.
