By increasing the variable job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The research problem is explaining how to reduce the turnover intention of millennial generation in bank company in Palembang city. The sample was determined using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique with the criteria (1) millennial generation employees who work in bank company in Palembang, (2) aged 20 - 40 years, (3) at least 1 year of work. The research method used is the feasibility test of the instrument including the validity test and reliability test. Data feasibility tests include normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and multiple linear regression analysis. The feasibility test of the model includes the F test and the coefficient of determination (R2). Hypothesis test use the T test. The results obtain show that the job satisfaction variable does not have a negative effect on turnover intention, while the organizational commitment variable has a negative effect on the turnover intention of millennial generation of bank company in Palembang.
