		abstract={Employees are assets that can advance the company, therefore it is necessary that both employees and competent so that the company can develop rapidly. Employees are entitled to an award or Reward for the hard work which he dedicated to his company. MS Advertising implement Reward every six months to the employees so that employees are more diligent and well depths finish the job. So that made this application which helps the Director in the decision to choose employees who are entitled to receive the Reward. This application is built based on the method Promethee (Preference Ranking Organization Method Enrichment Evaluation) ". The methodology used in the development of this system is sequential linear methodology and using the programming language PHP and MySQL as its database. The results of this study can be used by the Director to select employees who are entitled to receive the Reward.}
