The population is employees of PT Thamrin Brothers, Arivai Branch, while the sample is employees of the finance & accounting division of PT Thamrin Brothers, Arivai Branch. with a sample size of 31 respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis to determine the effect of the employee engagement variable on turnover intention.
