		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style in moderating the relationship between total quality management (TQM) of managerial performance at banking in Palembang. The data used in this research are primary data. The population in this study are manager of the commercial bank in Palembang. The sampling selection method used was purposive sampling and obtained 102 samples. The analytical tool used in this study was moderated regression analysis. the result of this research showed that leadership style can reinforce the relationship between TQM and managerial performance.
