		abstract={This study aims to prove and analyze the influence of work shift to the employess performance of Melati Minimarket in Banyuasin. The population in this study is the employees of Melati Minimarket. The sample in this study amounted to 35 respondentsthis. study use secondary and primary data. This test uses simple linear regression mode. Hypothesis testing in this study uses the SPSS 26 tool. The t-test results show that work shift has a positive and significant effect on employess performance of Melati Minimarket in Banyuasin.
