		abstract={This research aims to discuss about conditions of information technology governance at PT. Jaya Masawan Putra Sejahtera. This research aims to determine the extent to which  PT. Jaya Masawan Putra Sejahtera have implemented  good IT governance and in order for planning IT in line with the bussines strategy. Focus of this research use only subdomain of  Cobit 4.1 that is PO1 who have 4 control objectives.
Whilst the instrument rated by supervisors themselves, interviews and direct observation to collect the data. This analysis was concucted to find out the condition of IT governance and IT governance development plan in PT. Jaya Masawan Putra Sejahtera. From the analysis of the action plans will be made for repairs. The result of the research show the average level of maturity PT. Jaya Masawan Putra Sejahtera  the average of functional good with category scales 3 Define}
