		abstract={This research aims to examine firm size, profitability, board of commissioners, audite committee Affect to Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. The research population was companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2017-2019. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique so the sample of this research was 144 samples consisting of 48 companies. Research hypotheses are tested using multiple linear regression method. The result of this research show that firm size and profitability has effect on corporate social responsibility, and e board of commissioners and the audit committee has effect on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure.
