		abstract={This purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the good corporate governance, operating capacity and working capital turnover on financial distress which focuses on transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange In the period between 2015-2019. The data used in this study is secondary data. The population in this study is a transportation company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique was purposive sampling so that 23 companies were obtained as samples. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the proportion of independent commissioners and working capital turnover does not have a effect on financial distress, while the audit committees variable has a positif effect and operating capacity variable has a negative effect on financial distress.
