		abstract={This study aims to determine how much influence Compensation and Work Environment on Employee Performance PT. Berkat Abadi bersama Palembang.  This research is a qualitative research by distributing online questionnaires.  The sample used in this study were 33 respondents.  The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression.  The results obtained in this study are that the variabels of Compensation and Work Environment have a significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Berkat Abadi Bersama Palembang
