		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of employee skills on employee performance in employees of the production division of a printing company in Palembang City. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of the printing department of the production. The sample in this study is 100 respondents who have met the criteria that have been set by using the purposive sampling method. The data collection technique in this study used an online questionnaire instrument distributed via google form. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Analysis of the data used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of the t-test showed that employee skills had a significant effect on employee performance.
