		abstract={This study aims to find out the influence of protean career attitude on proactive work behavior in millennials in Palembang. The data used is primary data. The population in this study is millennials in palembang. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method and obtained 117 samples. Hypothesis testing is conducted with a simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that protean career attitude variables have a positive and significant influence on proactive work behavior variables.
