		abstract={This study discussed the analysis between Job Satisfaction and Career Development on the Job Hopping Intention of millennial generation in Palembang. The research employed quantitative study by distributing online questionnaires. The population of the study was millennial generation Work in Palembang. There were 100 respondents in the study. The data analysis technique utilized was multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the variable Job Satisfaction and Career Development had a significant negative impact on the Job Hopping Intention of millennial generation in Palembang.
