		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance (DER & ITO), firm size, foreign ownership, and Covid-19 on profit growth of companies in the consumer goods industry sector.. The theory used in this research is agency theory. The population in this study are all consumer goods industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2020. This study used purposive sampling method, and obtained a sample of 163 data. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that financial performance, size and Covid-19 have no effect on profit growth, while foreign ownership has a positive effect on profit growth has a negative effect on profit growth
