		abstract={This research was conducted with the aim of proving and analyzing whether Competence and Organizational Culture have an influence on the Performance of Permanent Teachers in the Xaverius 3 Palembang Environment. This population is all permanent teachers of the Xaverius 3 Palembang environment and the sample of respondents is 37 respondents. In this study, the data collection technique used is by using questionnaires and interviews. From the equation of determination analysis (R2), the Adjusted R square value obtained indicates that there is an influence of competence and organizational culture on the performance of permanent teachers in the Xaverius 3 Palembang environment of 88.9%.
