		abstract={The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of workload and employee motivation on employee performance at Bank Mestika Dharma Palembang. The population in this researchis the entire members employee of Bank Mestika Dharma Palembang using saturated sampling technique. The number of samples is 38 respondents. The data was collected using a questionnaire. The data analyzed technique is multiple regression analyzed  with program SPSS (Statistical Package or Social Science) 23. The results obtained indicate that the workload variable has a positive effect on employee performance variable, and work motivation has a negative effect on employee performance variable at Bank Mestika Dharma Palembang.
