		abstract={The C?loo Salon is a type of grooming and appearance salon business located at Jl.Makrayu no 3003 Ilir Barat Dua District, Palembang. The owner of C?loo Salon plans to expand the business by opening new branches in different areas. Thus, as a researcher, I want to help by conducting this research to analyze the feasibility of C?loo Salon Palembang's business and the proposed development of a new branch that will be carried out by C?loo Salon Palembang whether or not it is feasible or not to be realized from various aspects such as market aspects, technical aspects, aspects of organizational management, social and industrial aspects, and financial aspects using the Payback Period, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return and Minimum Attractive Rate of Return methods.
