		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on Managerial Performance. This research is a quantitative research by distributing offline questionnaires. The population used in this study is a retail company. The sample in this study were 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is simple regression analysis. The results obtained from this study are Total Quality Management (TQM) has a positive and significant effect on Managerial Performance.
