		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of Work-Life Balance on Job Satisfaction of Sales employees at a spare parts distributor company in Palembang. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were employees of the sales department at an auto parts distributor company in Palembang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with the criteria of respondents being employees who are still working in the auto parts sales company, and have worked at least 1 year in the sales department with a total sample of 100 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The hypothesis was carried out using simple regression analysis. The results showed that Work-Life Balance had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
