		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of debt policy and firm growth on firm value. The data used in this research is secondary data. The population in this study are mining sector companies registered withIndonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2018-2020. The sampling method used ispurposive sampling and obtained 35 companies with a sample size of 105. The analytical tool used in this research is linear regression analysis, data processingby using SPSS 24. The results show that debt policyhas a negative effect on firm value, while firm growth does not affect firm value
