		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of job stress on job satisfaction of Best Group employees in Palembang. The type of research in this study is a case study. The population in this study were all employees of Best Group Palembang. The sample used in this study were 69 people. The types of research data are primary data in the form of questionnaires and interviews, and secondary data in the form of data on the number of employees, employee attendance data, salaries, and employee turnover data. The data analysis technique in this research uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, T test, and coefficient of determination. The results obtained are the work stress variable has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction of Best Group Palembang employees.
