		abstract={The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of financial compensation on millennial generation employee loyalty in five-star hotels in Bandar Lampung. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study are the millennial generation star hotel?s employees in Bandar Lampung. The sampling selection method used was purposive sampling and obtained 100 samples. Data in this research was analyzed by simple regression analysis. The result of this research showed that compensation financial has no effect on employee loyalty.
