		abstract={This study aims to determine how the influence of the physical work environment and work culture on the performance of employees of PT. Petra Sejahtera Partners In Palembang. The respondents of this study were 31 office employees who worked at PT. Mitra Petra Sejahtera Palembang by using purposive sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection using questionnaires and hypothesis testing were analyzed using regression analysis using the SPSS 23 program. The results of this test state that the work environment and work culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance..
