		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of Board of commissioners, Board of
Directors, audit committee, and managerial ownership on the implementation of
financial perfomance by focusing on consumer goods companies listed on
Indonesia Stock Exchange with a research period of 2018-2020. The data used in
this study is secondary data. The population in this study is consumer goods
company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used is
purposive sampling method and obtained 63 samples consisting of 21 companies.
Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the
hypothesis in this study indicate that board of commissioners, audit committee, has 
an effect on the financial performance. While board of directors, managerial ownership does not affect the financial performance.
