		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of environmental performance on financial performance with Good Corporate Governance as a moderating variable. This type of research is associative research using a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data. The population in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The method of determining the sample uses a purposive sampling technique so that the sample used is 34 mining companies that have met the criteria for not being delisted in the 2017 ? 2020 period with a total of 4 years of research. So the total number of samples tested is 100 data with 34 samples of companies. The data analysis technique used is the MRA-based moderation regression model with panel data using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the moderating regression analysis of the Good Corporate Governance variable can moderate the influence of environmental performance on the company's financial performance.
