		abstract={The formulation of the problem that will be examined in this study is whether
performance measurement using the value for money method will affect the
implementation of the budget on National Road Region II, South Sumatra
Province. The aim is to determine the performance measurement and budget
execution using the value for money method. This type of research is case study
research, the data used are secondary data, documentation data collection
techniques, data analysis techniques are a combination of qualitative methods
and quantitative methods. Based on the results of the analysis outlined in chapter
IV regarding the performance of the 2018-2020 employee budget in the Regional
II South Sumatra Province National Road Implementation Unit, it is not
economical only in 2020 for economical personnel expenditures, in terms of
efficiency in 2018-2020 it is not efficient, from the effective aspect of 2018-2020
for 2018 is not effective, 2019 is effective and 2020 is quite effective.
