		abstract={Cindy Natalia "Operational Effectiveness Audit on the Quality of Inpatient Care All Private Hospital in Palembang" (Under the guidance of Mr. Yohanes Andri Putranto, SE, M.Sc., Ak., CA ).
The objective of this study was to determine the effect of the role of the operational audit of the effectiveness of inpatient care across the private hospital in Palembang. In this study, the entire population is taken private hospital in Palembang. The analysis technique used to process the
data that test the validity, reliability test, the classic assumption test, and simple linear regression analyzes were done by using a special software package for social sciences (SPSS) version 17.00. The conclusion is that the effectiveness of operational audits positive effect on the quality of service. Coefficients of the table in the column sig. generated significant value less than 0.05. Furthermore, based on the table, the value of R Square of 0.226, it can be concluded that the percentage of variables influence the effectiveness of the operational audit of the variable quality of inpatient care across the private hospital in Palembang amounted to 31,4% and the remaining 68.6% due to the variable others are not tested in
this study.
